"Summary of the Statutes of the association Sens d'un vie:

I. Name and registered office

Article 1

Sens d'un vie headquartered in Schindellegi is a non-profit association, created under article 60 of the Civil Code.

II. Goal

Article 2

The association wishes to offer free medical care and operations in developing countries. In addition, she would like to train health professionals in developing countries. She can organize meetings, provide advice and carry out events in the service of the association.

In Switzerland, the association wishes to get involved in social projects, in particular to prevent social isolation and to organize meetings in this direction. The association is non-profit and is religiously and politically neutral.

Article 5

The tasks and powers of the General Assembly are as follows:

a) Approval of the minutes of the last General Assembly

c) Discharge of the board of directors and the auditors;

d) Determination of the annual budget and annual contributions;

e) Election of the Chairman, other members of the Board of Directors and auditors;

f) Processing of motions from the Board of Directors and members;

g) Decisions on important matters referred to it by the Board of Directors;

h) modification of the statutes;

i) Dissolution of the association.

The general assembly can elect a natural or legal person, who does not have to be a member of the association, as auditor for a term of two years. Re-election is authorized.

VII. Entry into force of the statutes

These statutes were approved in the current form at the founding assembly and immediately entered into force.
